JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') announces that today it issued 620 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated Subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 77,846,153 Ordinary shares and 12,752,255 Subscription shares.
