JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,345 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated Subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 77,848,498 Ordinary shares and 12,749,910 Subscription shares.
