SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 14,056,947 Subscription shares in issue. The final opportunity to exercise Subscription shares at 143 pence per share will expire on 15 May 2010.  Currently, the next opportunity to exercise Subscription shares after 15 May 2010 will be 15 May 2011 at 168 pence per share. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum Income and Capital only NAV per share, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 168 pence per share, based on assets as at the close of business on 12th May 2010, would be 150.05 pence and 150.52 pence respectively.
