JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') has today published a circular (the 'Circular') proposing the renewal of the authority to allot shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights at a general meeting of the Company. The Circular has today been posted to shareholders.
The General Meeting will be held at JPMorgan Asset Management, 60 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0JP on Thursday 29th November 2018 at 10.00 am. to propose the resolutions required.
