JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc

Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 6.40 pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2009 will be paid on 1st March 2010 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5th February 2010.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2009 to 16.90 pence (2008: 16.40 pence), an increase of 3% over the previous year, thereby continuing the Company's record of increasing the total dividend by at least the rate of inflation each year since 1972.
