REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc purchased 25,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 435.0 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 57,406,153.
