TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Thursday 21st July purchased into Treasury 16,000 Ordinary shares at 456.4375 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,000,861.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
