JPMORGAN CLAVERHOUSE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc today purchased into Treasury 124,000 ordinary shares at 403.11 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 56,641,653.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
