TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Tuesday 13th December 2011 purchased into Treasury 22,000 Ordinary shares at 404.6682 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 54,800,361.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
