Directorate Change

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces the retirement of Pamela Idelson Smith as a Director of the Company with effect from 13th April 2012. Mrs Idelson Smith has been a non-executive Director of the Company since its inception in 2002. Mrs Idelson Smith has been succeeded as Chairman by Lysander Tennant.

The Board wishes to thank Mrs Idelson Smith for her extensive contribution to the Board and sound stewardship of the Company during her tenure and wishes her well for the future.
