The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 20.00 pence per share to be paid on 26th October 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28th September 2018. The ex-dividend date is 27th September 2018. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders.

The Company receives the large majority of its dividend income well before the end of its financial year ending 31st October, and hence it considers it appropriate to distribute the greater portion of its net income as an interim dividend.
