The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 25.00 pence per share, for the year ending 31^st October 2019, to be paid on 25th October 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27th September 2019. The ex-dividend date is 26th September 2019. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders.

The Company receives the large majority of its dividend income well before the end of its financial year ending 31st October, and hence it considers it appropriate to distribute the greater portion of its net income as an interim dividend.
