Further to the announcement made on 8th November 2005, the Company announces
that The Registrar of Companies has issued the certificate of incorporation on
change of name and therefore the name of the Company has been changed to
JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc with effect from 9th November
2005.
