The Board of JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') announces that, following a review, it has reached agreement with JPMorgan Funds Limited to revise the Company's investment management fee arrangements.

With effect from 1st July 2019, the investment management fee will be charged at the rate of 1% per annum on the value of the Company's portfolio up to £500 million (previously £800 million) and at the rate of 0.75% thereafter.
