JPMORGAN EMERGING MARKETS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

On 31 December 2015, JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc purchased into Treasury 200,000 Ordinary shares at 542.88 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,115,149 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 128,248,376. The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
