JPMORGAN EUROPEAN FLEDGELING INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

CANCELLATION OF OWN SECURITIES FROM TREASURY

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc announces that on Monday 29th March 2010 it cancelled 1,628,670 ordinary shares that had been bought back in the market between 25th April 2008 and 31st March 2009.

Following this cancellation the Company now holds a total of 1,121,547 shares in Treasury at a weighted average discount of 16.7%. 

The number of shares in issue is 47,084,653 and the total number of shares in issue less the total number of shares held in Treasury is 45,963,106.
