INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan European Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that an interim dividend of 1.2 pence per share will be paid on 14^th January 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19^th December 2014 (ex-dividend date 18^th December 2014).
