INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan European Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that an interim dividend of 1.2 pence per share will be paid on 15th January 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18th December 2015 (ex-dividend date 17th December 2015).
