Result of General Meeting

Following the General Meeting ('GM') of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that the special resolution set out in the Notice of the Meeting was duly passed.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld on the resolution will be published on the Company's website, www.jpmeuropeandiscovery.co.uk.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the special resolution passed at the GM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
