JPMORGAN EUROPEAN FLEDGELING INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc has today purchased into treasury 41,500 ordinary shares at 450.80 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 51,293,198 including 4,046,545 shares held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 14.30%.
