JPMORGAN EUROPEAN FLEDGELING INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

On Thursday 20th May 2010 JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 84,500 ordinary shares at 654.95 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 47,084,653 including 1,389,914 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.67%.
