Cancellation OF OWN SECURITIES

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc announces that on 8th July 2010 it cancelled the remaining 1,947,914 shares previously held in Treasury.

Following this cancellation, the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The total number of shares in issue is now 45,136,739.
