TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 30,000 ordinary shares at 732.18 pence per share on Monday 12th April 2010.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 47,084,653 including 1,293,547 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 16.66%.
