Declaration of Dividend

The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the following dividend:

A second interim dividend of 1.05 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 31^st March 2024, will be paid on 27^th October 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22^nd September 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 21^st September 2023.

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.

The last day for DRIP election is 6^th October 2023.
