This Announcement replaces 2840Q announced at 17:11 on 16 October 2023.

The correction is to the pence per share. All other details remain correct.

 

The Company announces that it has today purchased into Treasury 200,000 Ordinary shares at 91.21 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 6,638,550 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 430,347,979 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to Net Asset Value.
