Third Quarterly Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 29th February 2024

The Directors have declared a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.05 pence per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 29th February 2024, to be paid on 29th November 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 27th October 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 26th October 2023.
