Block Listing Application

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income PLC (the "Company") has made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on its main market respectively.
The Shares to be block listed may be issued pursuant to the Company's existing general authority to issue shares on a non pre-emptive basis. The Shares may be issued inter alia to satisfy continuing market demand for the Shares and to manage the premium to NAV at which the Shares trade. When issued, the new Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares in issue. The block listing is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 27 August 2021.
