C Share Conversion Timetable

Further to the announcement on 16 February 2023 that the C Share Portfolio has been realigned with the Ordinary Share Investment Policy, the Board is pleased to announce the Conversion timetable for Conversion of the Scheme C Shares into New JGGI Ordinary Shares in accordance with the terms set out in the Company's prospectus dated 21 November 2022 (the "Prospectus").

Expected Timetable

Conversion Calculation Date	2 March 2023
Conversion record date and C-Share register closes	6:00pm, 15 March 2023
Admission of new Ordinary Shares on Conversion and dealings commence	8:00am, 17 March 2023
Crediting of CREST accounts with new Ordinary Shares	17 March 2023
Share Certificates in respect of new Ordinary Shares despatched	w/c 27 March 2023
