Dividend for the year to 30th June 2023

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (the 'Company') adopted the current distribution policy in July 2016 pursuant to which it intends to pay dividends totalling at least 4 per cent. of the net asset value of the Company as at the end of the preceding financial year.  

The Board announces that, in relation to the year commencing 1st July 2022, the Company intends to pay dividends totalling 17.00 pence per share (4.25 pence per share per quarter), which represents a small increase from the last financial year's total dividend of 16.96 pence per share. This equates to a total annual dividend equivalent to 4.23 per cent. of the unaudited cum income with debt at fair value net asset value as at the 30th June 2022 of 401.57 pence per share.

It is expected that the dividends will be paid by way of four equal distributions, with the first interim dividend for the financial year ending 30th June 2023 of 4.25 pence per share (for the period to 30th September 2022), being paid on 7th October 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2nd September 2022. The ex-dividend date is 1st September 2022.
