SALE OF OWN SECURITIES FROM TREASURY

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc announces that today it sold from Treasury 20,000 Ordinary shares at 725.00 pence per share.

Following this sale the Company has in issue 26,174,698 Ordinary shares, including 76,966 held in Treasury.
