This Announcement replaces 8327S announced at 15:49 on 08^th November 2023.

The correction is to the pence per share. All other details remain correct. 

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc announces that today it has issued a further 75,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 481.20 pence per share under its Ordinary Share block listing facility.  

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 407,163,169 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
