ISSUE OF SHARES

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued a further 250,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 498.50 pence per share utilising the balance of its Ordinary Share block listing dated 26 May 2023 and under its Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 4 January 2024.

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 421,208,169 Ordinary Shares and 14,789,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing dated 4 January 2024.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
