                       LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT



JPMorgan Fleming Indian Investment Trust plc ('the Company') announces that an
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of
2,644,476 ordinary shares of 25p each. The shares will rank pari passu with the
Company's existing ordinary shares of 25p each and will be allotted to members
of the JPMorgan Fleming Share Plan, ISA, Pension Account Holders and to other
regular investors.
