CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,200 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by certificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,882,101 ordinary shares, including 4,594,788 held in treasury, and 6,131,442 subscription shares.
