JPMORGAN INDIAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

FINAL CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

Pursuant to the announcements made on 3rd and 7th January 2014 regarding the Company's Subscription Shares, JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 89,249 ordinary shares following the final exercise of conversion rights by a number of certifcated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 125,617,586 ordinary shares, including 17,914,788 held in Treasury. There are no further subscription shares in issue and application has been made to have their listing cancelled with effect from 8.00 am on 17th February 2014.
