CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 9,819 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by two certificated subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 119,988,216 ordinary shares, including 14,574,788 held in Treasury, and 6,025,327 subscription shares.
