CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 396,703 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 116,409,505 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 9,604,038 subscription shares.
