CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,480 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 116,976,847 ordinary shares, including 1,979,788 held in treasury, and 9,036,696 subscription shares.
