CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT FEE CALCULATION

Information disclosed in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation

The Company announces that its Board has agreed with JPMorgan Funds Limited, the Manager, to amend the management fee charged with effect from 1^st January 2017.  The management fee will be amended from a fee of 1% per annum of gross assets, to the following:

·    A change in the asset base on which fees are charged from gross to net assets, and

·    The introduction of a tiered fee arrangement under which fees are charged at an annual rate of 1.0% on the first £150 million of net assets and 0.80% on any net assets in excess of this amount.

The fee will continue to be calculated and paid monthly.
