CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Fleming Japanese Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 7,811 Ordinary shares following a conversion of Subscription shares into Ordinaries.  

The shares in issue following this notification total 39,320,062 Ordinary shares, including 396,000 held in Treasury, and 7,788,234 Subscription shares.
