JPMorgan Japan Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that today it issued 669 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by an uncertificated Subscription shareholder.

The shares in issue following this notification are 39,874,822 Ordinary shares, including 39,455,991 held in Treasury, and 7,232,805 Subscription shares.
