JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc announces that Christopher Samuel, a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has been appointed a non-executive director of Quilter plc, with effect from 1st July 2021.

Furthermore, the Board notes that Mr Samuel has today stepped down as non-executive Director from the Board of Sarasin LLP and will step down from the Board of Alliance Trust plc at that company's Annual General meeting in April 2022.
