The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Dingley as a non-executive Director of the Company effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 13^th January 2022.

Ms Dingley's 25 year career spans technology, finance and government sectors. She is the founder and Managing Director of Japan Connect Ltd, a Japanese business development consultancy which connects UK and Japanese entrepreneurs, investors, and executives. She is fluent in Japanese. 

Ms Dingley is a non-executive director of Nihon M&A Center Holdings Inc., a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company in Japan. She was previously a Trustee of The Japan Society in the UK.

Ms Dingley owns 483 shares in the Company.
