                                 FINAL DIVIDEND


The Board of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc have declared that a final
dividend of 9.50 pence per ordinary share, for the year ended 30th June 2007,
will be paid on 8th November 2007 to shareholders on the register at the close
of business on 5th October 2007.
