LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
JPMORGAN FLEMING MID CAP INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
The Board of JPMorgan Fleming Mid Cap Investment Trust plc is pleased to
announce the appointment of James Inglis Jones as manager of the Company's
portfolio, with immediate effect.
Mr Inglis Jones will be joined in the management of the portfolio by Jeremy
Wells, who replaces Ross Hollyman. Mr Wells has over fourteen years' experience
in the fund management industry, the last four within the JPMorgan Fleming
organisation.
Ross Hollyman will continue with his existing assignments within JPMorgan
Fleming, and the Board would like to thank him for his contribution to the
Company.
