Approval of Application to Cancel Share Premium Account

JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc's (the "Company") application to cancel its share premium account, as referred to in the Company's Prospectus of 24th January 2018 and announcement of 18th April 2018, was approved by the Court on the 15th May 2018.

Subject to the audit and filing of Initial Accounts, the above process will permit the Company to use the special reserve created alongside the Company's accumulated profits to pay dividends and repurchase ordinary shares pursuant to its discount and premium management policy. The Company's Initial Accounts are expected to be audited and filed before mid-June 2018.
