The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Growth & Income plc have declared the following distribution:

Third interim distribution

A third interim distribution of 1.2 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending

29^th February 2024, will be paid on 9^th February 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22^nd December 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 21^st December 2023.

For this third interim distribution, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the payment and therefore the whole of the 1.2 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
