The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc have declared the following dividend:

Second interim dividend

A second interim dividend of 1.00 pence per ordinary share, for the period to 28th February 2019, will be paid on 9th November 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28th September 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 27th September 2018.

The Company has elected to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and thereby designate 0.711 pence per share as a dividend to shareholders and 0.289 pence per share as an interest distribution to shareholders.

Further details of the tax implications on shareholders of the interest 'streaming' regime can be found in Part 7 'Taxation' of the Company's prospectus dated 24th January 2018 and in the announcement of the Company's first interim dividend released on 21st June 2018.
