The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc have declared the following dividend:

Third interim dividend

A third interim dividend of 1.00 pence per ordinary share, for the period to 28th February 2019, will be paid on 8th February 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28th December 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 27th December 2018.

For this third interim dividend, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and thereby the whole of the 1.00 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.

Further details of the tax implications for shareholders of the interest 'streaming' regime can be found in Part 7 'Taxation' of the Company's prospectus dated 24th January 2018 and in the announcement of the Company's first interim dividend released on 21st June 2018.
