The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Growth & Income plc have declared the following distribution:

Third interim distribution

A third interim distribution of 1.025 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending

28^th February 2022, will be paid on 4^th February 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24^th December 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 23^rd December 2021.

For this third interim distribution, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the payment and therefore the whole of the 1.025 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
